ACT 1 WEBSITE POLICIES

RETURN POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Act 1 returns can be made within 14 days of receipt of the item(s), for credit or exchange only, for the full amount of the purchase price. Returns received after the 14 day period will receive partial credit only. Merchandise should be unwashed, unworn, with original tags intact, and free of snags or tears. Store credit is only redeemed through act1nyc.com. To receive credit, you must call ahead for return authorization or use our RMA portal. Any returned merchandise without return authorization may not receive full credit. All returns must be received at our order fulfillment center within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Please allow adequate time for shipping your package to us. We recommend that you obtain a tracking number. Act1 is not responsible for packages lost by the shipper. Returns received after the 14 day period will only receive partial credit. Returns received at the order fulfillment center within 14 days after receipt, with return authorization, will receive 100% online credit. Returns received between 14 days to 21 days after the online purchase, with return authorization, will receive 80% online credit. Returns received between 21-30 days after the online purchase, with return authorization, will receive 50% online credit. Beyond 30 days, no exchange or credit will be authorized. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

PAYMENT PROCESSING
The information required for your purchase will be processed by BanCardXpress and/or its third party payment processor appointed from time to time. Prices displayed on act1nyc.com are quoted in U.S. dollars. The following credit/debit cards are accepted for on-line purchases: Visa, Mastercard, American Express. The transaction will be charged once we have received credit card authorization and availability of your desired merchandise has been established. In order to make purchases online at Act1nyc.com you must have both a shipping address and credit card billing address within the United States. Your billing address must match the billing address of the credit card used for purchase.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Packages will be shipped by methods available and supported by our shop at that time, DHL, FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses for security purposes. Act1nyc.com offers Next Day, 2nd day, and ground shipping. Merchandise is typically delivered in 2-5 business days if it is available. However, in cases of high demand, your product may be placed on backorder and you will be notified of this status. Cost for shipping is additional to the price of the merchandise and will vary depending on the location of its final destination. Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email with an estimated ship date. When your order ships, you will receive a second email with tracking information for your package. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed before 1 PM EST will ship within 48 hours considering availability and credit card processing. Orders placed after 1 PM EST will begin processing the next business day. Unfortunately, act 1 is not responsible for unanticipated delays by shipping companies.

SALES TAX
Sales tax is applied to your Act1 order in accordance with state and local regulations if your shipping address is in the state of NY.
